As usual awesome post, great info and I by the way I love your theme song.
I like your advice of strategically preparing the scenes in your head to make it easier to organize your slide show.
Question, just from your advice and presence on the video you resonate confidence and expertise that I'm sure you bring to your clients on the day of the wedding. Though I'm confident in my skills behind the lens I still struggle with my expertise managing the day as the photographer, the stylist, the coordinator, the confident etc. So my question is what concerns as a high profile photographer are you faced with on the day of the wedding compared to us younger photogs?

I rocked my very first 'real' wedding, beautiful, higher end event, I was out of town, all by myself, and I managed to produce a slideshow for the reception, following all your previous advice on the topic...Phew! Let me tell you, I didn't eat, my eyes were bugging out with feverish intensity-but gosh darnit! When I put my laptop up for the guests, and bride and groom to see....I must say, it was one of the proudest moments of my new career...My coverage was over, and as I left for the night (my first 'real' wedding behind me) the last thing I saw was a crowd of people, MoB, B&G, etc. all wiping tears from their eyes with their arms around eachother....Man. Nothing could have felt better. (AND, I just booked another bride from that wedding-for 2012-she wanted to make sure she got me! HA!) Thank you Jasmine.

ashley barnett Thanks for this post!! We recently started doing same day slideshows at our weddings and W O W does it make a HUGE impact on the guests, and most importantly, the bride. I love sneaking peeks at people running over to it and then going to grab their friends. I am so happy we took the plunge and tried it out! And THANK YOU for the inspiration to try it!

Pixel Story Photography We have come to the same conclusion for digital negatives, top 2 packages include them, bottom 2 do not. Ala cart option for the bottom 2.
