They call Seattle home, their nest not too far from views of ocean, lake, and snowy mountaintops. Together they navigate the gray and rainy streets of the Pacific North West, brightening each others' lives with a smile or thoughtful note. After numerous attempts by friends to set them up on a blind date, Leann and Carson met at a party hosted by a mutual friend. Their chemistry was instant and they spent the evening laughing and clinking glasses.
Shortly thereafter–while enjoying drinks with friends–Leann invited Carson to join her and friends on a vacation on Lake Tahoe. Within minutes, Carson was booking a flight and their love blossomed from there.
Two years later, they dressed into a white dress and a gray suit as they prepared to marry in front of their closest friends and family. With spectacular views of the ocean, they wed in Carmel by the Sea and officially became husband and wife along the Pacific Coast. When they said I Do, cheers floated to the peaks of surrounding evergreens and their love seeped into the hearts of guests. Their married lives began with a kiss, but their love was destined far before that moment.
Leann and Carson, thank you for being two of the most amazing people. Ever. You are what's right and good with the world…and I'm thrilled to have been a part of your perfect wedding day. It was a bright and warm day in Carmel, but just as the ceremony started, fog settled in and the gray clouds made the couple feel closer to Seattle! 😉
