Sometimes life has a way of surprising you. With something or someone. Such is the case with Amy and Jim. JD and I met them for the first time on our trip to Nicaragua and after the first dinner we shared, I knew we were a perfect fit! Amy has a quirky sense of humor and is quick-witted, and Jim is her equal counterpart—often complimenting her jokes with impersonations and movie quotes. They’re a simply wonderful couple and I’m honored to call them my friends! I can’t wait to visit Santa Barbara and hang out with them again…we had such a blast together!
