Soooo, you’ll never guess who I just spoke to!

Now, re-read this sentence but imagine me saying it in a way that emulates a 14-year-old girl talking to her friend…after one too many Red Bulls…having just passed the quarterback in her high school hallway.

Soooo, you’ll never guess who I just spoke to!

I heard JD shuffling papers on his desk, but after a few distracted seconds, he was ready to indulge my oh-so-high-school antics. Who?

I squealed into my iPhone and laughed for no apparent reason. Well, no, I laughed because I was quite happy, which seems like a silly thing in retrospect. When I heard the familiar sounds of shuffling paper, I knew JD was busy, so I had to expedite my story.

Okay, so you know Nate from Image Is Found, right? Yeah, well, HE JUST CALLED ME!! As in, picked up his phone AND CALLED ME!
Did he ask you to prom?!?
No…even better…I’ve been confirmed for the Shootshop seminar!!

Just wanted to drop a quick note and let everyone know I’m in San Diego for a photography workshop, so I’ll be returning email on Thursday. I’m so incredibly stoked to be here…I plan on getting inspired…rejuvenating my senses…and falling more in love with photography.
