Four Seasons Santa Barbara Wedding : Jenny+Jeff

It was a day they waited for. Eleven years to be exact and their friends and family buzzed around suites at the Four Seasons Santa Barbara, tying bows, finalizing details, and making things perfect for Jenny and Jeff. She's tall and demure and he's filled to the brim with kindness and an air of confidence only a doctor can emit. And Jeff uses his doctorness to care for her in a unique way, so subtly and without flair but unadulterated with sincere passion.

On a skiing trip, after Jenny had an accident and was air-lifted to a nearby hospital, Jeff stayed at her side. The entire time. When they first met no one thought twice of their introduction, but Jenny soon realized Jeff cared for her in no uncertain way. He's proven it again and again…and Jenny revels in his love, pouring back into him everything he's given her.

Jenny and Jeff…bon jour!! Actually, I don't know if that's how I should start, but since you're in Paris, I figure that'll be just fine. I hope you're roaming the streets enjoying time together drinking espressos by the Eiffel Tower, fondly thinking of your perfect wedding day. Because it was. Perfect. Thank you for being absolutely amazing, kind, and lovely…it was an honor to document your love and I wish you only the best. Much Love and Appreciation… j*

The started started fabulously with this stunning Vera Wang wedding gown…

Jenny is a bride after my own heart…not a detail was overlooked…

The gorgeous bride and her handmade wedding invitations…

Jenny and Jeff opted to see each other before the ceremony for a First Look so they'd have plenty of time for pictures and be able to enjoy cocktail hour with their friends and family…the Four Seasons Santa Barbara offers gorgeous backgrounds for a perfect wedding day…

JD captured this photo of Jeff seeing Jenny for the first time as his future wife…

…while I captured this moment just seconds later…

Jeff and Jenny had a morning ceremony, so their First Look was scheduled at 8:30am…the day was foggy, but the light was amazing…everywhere.

I loved working this this bridal party…talk about an amazing group of people…

Many thanks to SR Hogue for all the florals at the wedding…I particularly loved Jenny's bouquet…

The Santa Barbara wedding scene is dominated by TEAM Hair and Makeup…and with good reason. Those ladies are the best and make my brides look extra stunning…

One thing I particularly like about Jeff is his willingness to make Jenny happy. When she mentioned she wanted to get married under an archway of driftwood they collected together, that's precisely what they did. After collecting the driftwood along the ocean's shore, Jeff set forth in assembling the archway of Jenny's dreams…made with love…

Giving the bride away…and two very different reactions…

A HUGE thank you must go to Kelly Leonard of Event of the Season for coordinating a perfect wedding day. Her team and the staff at the Four Seasons Santa Barbara planned a perfect wedding and I was thankful to be working with such a great group of people…

Okay, so I DIE. This caketopper just kills me. I want a custom made topper like this…and I'd carry it around in my purse. Everywhere.
