Want to Spend Less Time with Email?

I've mentioned it before, but starting a business is hard work. Really hard, if I'm being honest. When I made the decision to become a photographer and pursue it professionally, not only was there a myriad of things to learn (Photoshop, Quickbooks, and Taxes…oh my!), I had to embrace the idea I'd be sitting at a desk more often than I'd be out on the streets shooting. This was fine until a year into my business when I felt like all I was doing was responding to email. OH! THE! EMAIL!

For a while the email made me feel busy (finally!), but I soon realized I wasn't productive (not so awesome moment of realization!). I'm proud of the personal attention my clients receive, but before they become clients, I needed to streamline my online communication. I soon realized I was writing the same email over and over again to prospective clients throughout the booking process. So I decided to make a template to help organize my time.

Soon enough this email template saved me so much time and personalized my correspondence I decided to make another. Then another. I now have 10 email templates to help tackle my inbox and provide prospective clients with the information they need in a timely manner…without keeping me tied to my computer.

I made these templates available for photographers, so if you'd like to get more information, be sure to check them out at JasmineStarStore.com. The goal is to free photographers from time-consuming aspects of our businesses to allow us to focus on what we love: working with our camera
