This is for the Dreamers + Hustlers

I want to be honest. Really, really honest. There are days when running a business feels like the worst decision. Ever. Days when failure looms, days when humiliation comes at a personal cost, days when you just want to walk away. And if you're the rare entrepreneur who doesn't understand what I'm saying, feel free to stop reading now. This post is for the dreamers and hustlers who fall to their knees, but find a way to get up and keep running.

I believe inner strength is derived from the Power of Decision, the belief we can change our trajectory based on our desires for the future. Simply put, if we don't like our station in life, we decide to change it.

But this change requires hard work. If we want our circumstances to change, we must put in the effort to change our lives. Because change requires change. It means saying YES to risk, sacrifice, and uncertainty…and NO to safety, routine, and comfort. It means getting up after a fall and running in a new direction. It means understanding your worst day as a business owner is better than your best day working for someone else.

The decision to change present circumstances to improve future dreams is hard work, but fighters put in the effort because the promise of the tomorrow outshines the difficulty of the today.
