L ast Sunday, I had the pleasure of joining David Jay to document Megan and Michael’s wedding in Ventura. There’s always a brief moment of trepidation when I’m introducing myself to the bride when we’ve never met, but Megan is one of those girls who makes you feel like you could spend an entire afternoon together on a porch sipping lemonade, with a Labrador snuggled between your feet. She’s just THAT awesome.
But the thing that makes Megan even more fabulous is her aura when she’s around Michael. There’s a new sense of confidence and joy, making their love warmly enviable. I was so honored to be a part of their wedding day and I had a blast getting to know their amazing family and friends. At the end of the night, I turned to David and told him I felt blessed. Incredibly blessed. I was completely enraptured with the wedding, the love, and gravity of foreverness…I love what I do because it makes me feel. Love, joy, and foreverness.
Because I was just the second shooter, I'm not posting a slideshow, so this post is gonna be BIG...sorry! :)
