The Workshop : Australia + New Zealand

This idea started a long time ago. Like, back when feathered bangs and wearing three types of colored scrunch socks were cool. Yup, that long ago. When I was eight years old, I was fascinated with Australia and I couldn't get enough of koalas, kangaroos, and the Great Barrier Reef. I was so into it my mother created an entire semester devoted to teaching me from every book the public library offered on the subject. Yes, I was one of THOSE homeschool kids…the type that had my own canvas library book bag.

Whoa. I'm so cool.

Since then, my heart has always loved Australia and that side of my vintage globe. When JD and I first got married, we dreamed of taking our dream vacation to New Zealand, then head to Australia…but we were broke and surviving off Taco Bell, so our dreams never made it to the other side of the world.

Until today.

I'm incredibly proud and honored to announce I'll be hosting a Jasmine Star Workshop in both New Zealand and Australia in January 2010. Eeeek! I'm DYING with excitement!

Two incredibly amazing women are hosting, organizing, and generously putting together workshops and they are ROCKING IT OUT!
NEW ZEALAND
The ever fab Fiona Andersen is hosting The Workshop in Christchurch, NZ. She's an amazing photographer, but an even better person. To get more information on how to procure a seat, CLICK HERE for information!
AUSTRALIA
My sweet colleague Cathy Crawley and I met when she attended my Las Vegas Shoot Out earlier this year and I can't say enough nice things about her. As a Sydney native, she's organized a great day and since her announcement yesterday, only ONE MORE seat is available, so if you're interested, CLICK HERE for more information!

The Workshop in NZ yields higher likelihood of getting a seat at this point, so if you're an Aussie who wants a vacay in NZ, I heavily suggest registering for a seat in Christchurch and spend a little holiday with me and JD! 😉

And though Fiona tried bribing Polo to go to New Zealand with us by sending him this shirt, he's got a fear of planes, so he'll be staying at home thankyouverymuch!
